The new shopping centre in Plovdiv is set to become a dominant entertainment destination in Bulgaria.
With an area of 150,000 sqm, it will provide a gross leasable area of 60,000 sqm, the largest GLA in the region.
Together with a tenant mix of 200 local and international brands Plovdiv’s new shopping centre will offer a range of entertainment and leisure facilities that will include a modern multiplex cinema as well as a hypermarket.
In addition to the shopping centre, the concept includes the construction of 12 levels of office area, around 40,000 sqm office space.
The shopping centre will be easily accessible via personal cars or public transportation from any part of the city. Drivers will benefit of a large parking area, with over 1,500 parking bays, spread on seven levels.
The schedule delivery date is Q4 2020.
