The design concept spins notions of old and new, industrial and retail, as the shopping mall is an iconic piece of the city. The idea originated from the initial function of the field – accommodating Simerom factory – and the proximity to old town. To this end, the frontage of the building brings together at least seven different materials.
The shopping center hosts 135 shops, among which: the first Kaufland hypermarket within a shopping mall; Inditex group – Zara, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius; H&M; New Yorker; CineGold, cinema, with 9 movie halls.
The official opening took place in November, 2019.
